There is nothing better for the inside of the man, than the outside of the horse.
Research shows (Ellen Kaye Gehrke, PhD, 2016; .) that people experience many physiological benefits while interacting with horses, including lowered blood pressure and heart rate, increased levels of beta-endorphins (neurotransmitters that serve as pain suppressors), decreased stress levels, reduced feelings of anger, hostility, tension and anxiety, and increased feelings of inner strength, calm, trust and patience. We offer horse experiences to individuals, couples, and small groups to learn from the outside of the horse how to be the best version of the inside of the human.
